Our Operations
Mwana Villages’ organizational hub and is in the city of Pointe-Noire, Republic of Congo. We operate two refuges (babies’ and older children’s homes) as well as a several Mwana-staffed foster homes. Additionally, Mwana has two rural sites for agriculture cultivation to support vulnerable families and our Refuge operations.
Our Organizational Structure
Mwana Villages is a licensed, private (non-governmental) orphanage in the Republic of Congo. Its operations are supported by registered nonprofits in the United States and France.
Each branch is an independent organization with a governing board of directors. They work collectively and collaboratively to support the operations and ministry of Mwana.
